George A. Puzey, Founder and Principal of GAPuzey Consultants, has created, tested, and proven DecisionMaps™ in several industries -- including residential energy (heating oil and propane), agriculture (animal feeds and crop needs), and specialty retailing (yard, garden, and pet).

 

He has created and used DecisionMaps™ at all levels -- from the Board room to local operations -- with top, function, and field managers.  And, he has created DecisionMaps™ for a wide-range of decisions -- including strategic investment, marketing, advertising, operations, logistics, and others.  He has even developed DecisionMaps™ for virtual (e-commerce) businesses.  Whatever the issue, he helps the decisionmakers see it from the perspectives needed to resolve the issue.
